Shipping Policies
Shipping:
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Ground shipping takes 4-7 business days, while two-day shipping takes two business days from the date the order is processed. International shipping fees and delivery times vary. Please note that UPS does not ship packages to P.O. boxes.
Shipping charges are based on weight, not on a fixed amount.
SCF understands that actual shipping costs may on occasion vary considerably from the estimate calculated by our online store. Significant overcharges will be automatically refunded to the customer. When there are significant undercharges or unspecified shipping charges, we will contact you with further information. SCF may change the shipping method at its discretion between UPS Ground, Fedex Ground and USPS.
CLAIMS:
Claims or shortages must be reported to SCF within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.
Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the delivery carrier. Defective
products must be shipped back within one week of purchase. SCF is not responsible
for the shipping costs for returned products.
