1. All prices, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

2. All purchases must be prepaid prior to delivery. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. CODs are not accepted.

3. The use of products for other than their intended use, improperly following written instructions, or not heeding counterindications stated, renders SCF, owners, employees, and vendors harmless and not liable for any damages incurred from misuse.

4. SCF reserves the right to replace any discontinued products /items with a like or similar product/item.


Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Ground shipping takes 4-7 business days, while two-day shipping takes two business days from the date the order is processed. International shipping fees and delivery times vary.

Shipping charges are based on weight, not on a fixed amount.

SCF understands that actual shipping costs may on occasion vary considerably from the estimate calculated by our online store. Significant overcharges will be automatically refunded to the customer. When there are significant undercharges or unspecified shipping charges, we will contact you with further information. SCF may change the shipping method at its discretion between UPS, Fedex Ground and USPS in order to best serve our customers.


All returns and exchanges must be authorized by SCF and returned within 30 days of purchase. A 25% handling and restocking fee will be charged for approved merchandise returns. Shipping charges are not refundable. NO CASH REFUNDS. CREDIT ONLY.

Please note that SCF does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

  - Products purchased, new or used, at a location other than this website
  - Used skin care products
  - Products purchased and used to treat a condition it was not intended for
  - Products returned more than 30 days from date of purchase
  - Products returned without a valid itemized receipt
  - Shipping charges and handling costs


Claims or shortages must be reported to SCF within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the delivery carrier. Defective products must be shipped back within one week of purchase. SCF is not responsible for the shipping costs for returned products.

Privacy Policy:

When you place an order with SCF, we ask your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your e-mail address. We consider this information private. The information is kept on a secure server to protect it from outside parties. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you.
